The pot
Three percent of every pool goes in. One race in seven hundred and twenty pays it out.
Every pool is raked five percent. Three parts in five of that rake feed the pot, so three percent of everything staked piles up here. The house keeps the other two percent.
Each race rolls once, one in seven hundred and twenty. When it hits, seventy percent of the pot pays out to a single winning bettor, drawn by stake, and the remaining thirty percent seeds the next pot.
After the token launches on Meteora, a tenth of trading fees is swept in here as well.

Provably fair
The result exists before you bet, and it is published in a form you can check.
Every race is driven by one seed. The seed is HMAC-SHA256 of a house secret and the race name, so it is fixed the moment the schedule exists.
Before betting closes, the site publishes the commit, which is the SHA-256 of that seed. At the gun the seed itself is revealed. Anyone can hash the revealed seed and check it matches the commit that was published in advance.
The race is a whole-number simulation of that seed. The same code runs in your browser and on the server that pays the pools, so the finish you watch and the finish that settles cannot disagree.
Plainly stated: this proves the race was not altered after bets were taken. It does not prove the operator cannot read the seed early. That is the standard server-seed model.

Pick a runner and set a stake between 100 and 1,000,000 $SUPPLY. Betting closes five seconds before the gun. There are win bets only, which keeps the arithmetic honest and the card readable.
Pools are pari-mutuel. Everything staked on a race goes into one pot, the house rakes five percent, and whoever backed the winner splits what is left in proportion to their stake. Odds move as money arrives, so the figure on the card is the current price, not a promise.
If nobody backed the winner, every bet is refunded in full and no rake is taken. The pot does not grow on a refunded race.
Settlement is automatic the moment a race finishes. Winnings land in your balance, and the ticket moves from your open tickets to the record.
